Education- While attending law school, Michael was the first student at La Verne Law to volunteer in both the Disability Legal Aid clinic, which protected disabled children's rights, and the Immigration Clinic, which involved representing a client seeking asylum in the United States. Helping people through these clinics only reinforced Michael's belief in the law. My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

Colleen has been licensed to practice as an attorney in California more than 20 years. She is also licensed to practice in Nevada. In addition to earning a Juris Doctor, she has earned a Masters in Law in Taxation. She is also a trained mediator from Pepperdine University.
