Kandy received a BA in Sociology and and California Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. She received a Masters degree in Counseling from Chapman College. Prior to becoming an attorney she worked as a Probation Officer and Social Worker with children involved in the Juvenile Court related to child abuse and neglect. Kandy's primary area of practice is Juvenile Dependency, representing all parties including parents, relatives and foster parents. Additonally she works in the areas of Family Law, Guardianships, Adoptions, Restraining Orders and Paternity Actions.

An attorney at Bolander Law Group, Rebecca’s areas of practice include estate planning, probate, conservatorships, guardianships, and adoptions. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2010. Since being admitted, Rebecca has primarily practiced family law; she is a significant asset to Bolander Law Group’s estate planning, guardianship and adoption practice.

Maggie Simoneaux earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with minors in Economics and Spanish from the University of New Orleans in 2003. She was awarded her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Western State College of Law in 2008. During law school, she served as the Year in Review Editor for the Western State College of Law Law Review and graduated in the top five percent of her class.
