RJ Feltman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration, from Texas A&M University. RJ obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was an active member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, and the Sports Law Society. I am duly licensed to practice in Texas and Ohio. I am also a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the Bar for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Bar for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

After serving as law clerk on the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, entered private practice of law in 1972. Practice includes transactional commercial and residential real estate, small business, wills and estate planning, and franchising law.
