Alfred Benoit is the Owner and Principal Attorney of Benoit Law, PLLC. His practice focuses on civil litigation, employment issues, criminal law, and general business law. His mission is to help his clients find the best possible solution to their issue. Alfred has been successful in litigating many employment cases, criminal cases, and civil and business litigation matters.

I was raised in Schertz, Texas and went from elementary through high school in the SCUC ISD (Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City). He moved to Alpine, Texas for college, and graduated in three years, and met his wife who is from Marion, Texas. He then moved to Michigan for law school, and graduated in only two years. Adam was practicing law by the age of 24, in Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe County.

I am the senior shareholder in Coplen & Banks, PC. I have been practicing law for approximately 35 years, with extensive experience in commercial, insurance, family, probate and personal injury litigation. Because of my education background, my practice is 50% litigation and 50% business transactions, wills, trust and probate.

This is a general practice office where I handle a variety of legal matters. My focus is on maintaining low overhead and providing high quality individualized service.
