I have been practicing law since 1992 and focusing in Elder Law since 1995. I help protect families from losing their savings to nursing home costs and help protect and care for their older loved ones. I help families with: Medicaid and Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, POAs, etc.), Estate Administration, Guardianships and Real Estate Transactions. I have represented many non-profit and for profit elder care institutions and have represented the Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services since 1999.

Mr. Vasiliadis serves as of counsel to Vasiliadis Pappas Associates LLC. He is a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation as accredited by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Michael Lehutsky is a lifelong resident of Wayne County and 1982 graduate of Western Wayne High School. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Pre-Law with a minor in sociology and criminology, from Penn State University in 1986. I joined Reager & Adler following the completion of a clerkship position with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Before going to law school, I served honorably in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Avionics Technician for the B-1B Bomber. My focus areas are real estate transactions, business law and advisory services, estate planning and administration, land use, zoning, and municipal law. I live in the Harrisburg area with my wife and children, and I enjoy hiking, wood working, and metal detecting.

My first experience in estate planning was as a U.S. Navy Judge Advocate in 2008 providing legal assistance to active duty members, retirees, and their families. I retired in 2023 after having served in several leadership roles.
