I graduated in 1970 with a pharmacy degree and then with a law degree in 1973. I taught Pharmacy Law and business law at the Un of Cincinnati Coll of Pharmacy as an adjunct Prof for 25 years. I practiced law generally in business real estate, title work and estate and probate matters. I have had experience before the Board of Pharmacy and other Administrative agencies and 501 c 3 matters.

James primarily practices in immigration law. Prior to joining Wanglaw, James worked as a solo practitioner and worked with Mallory Law Office, LLC. James represented and advised individuals and entities on matters regarding business formation, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate including resolving business disputes, tax matters, finance projects, and drafting and reviewing leases, and many others. Outside of work, James enjoys playing golf and volleyball with friends, volunteering, and reading. He also speaks fluent Korean.

After graduating New England School of Law, magna cum laude, Kristine clerked for a year with the Massachusetts Superior Court, and then joined the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney primarily in the Appellate Unit. During her 4 year tenure at the District Attorney’s Office, Kristine argued more than 60 cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court. Kristine then spent 2 years as Agency Counsel for the Massachusetts Parole Board where she specialized in civil litigation and employment law.
