I graduated in 1970 with a pharmacy degree and then with a law degree in 1973. I taught Pharmacy Law and business law at the Un of Cincinnati Coll of Pharmacy as an adjunct Prof for 25 years. I practiced law generally in business real estate, title work and estate and probate matters. I have had experience before the Board of Pharmacy and other Administrative agencies and 501 c 3 matters.

Tammi practices in the areas of probate and estate planning, corporate law, real estate, and employment law. She also practices municipal law, serving as Solicitor for the Villages of South Vienna and Catawba. As an estate planner, Tammi supports her clients through the complicated process of identifying their assets and determining how they would like to transfer those assets to their family members, friends, and charities. joined Cole Acton Harmon Dunn in 2002, after six years as a prosecutor. My litigation experience as a prosecutor has served my clients well in the courtroom. I represent my clients as I would want to be represented and have earned the trust of my clients, opposing lawyers, and Judges. My practice areas include civil litigation, probate litigation, estate planning, probate administration, and criminal defense. I also represents the Springfield Police Union, small businesses and governmental entities. When I am not in court, I stay busy with my wife, six children, and an occasional poker game.

James primarily practices in immigration law. Prior to joining Wanglaw, James worked as a solo practitioner and worked with Mallory Law Office, LLC. James represented and advised individuals and entities on matters regarding business formation, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate including resolving business disputes, tax matters, finance projects, and drafting and reviewing leases, and many others. Outside of work, James enjoys playing golf and volleyball with friends, volunteering, and reading. He also speaks fluent Korean.
