Jacob Davis is a Partner and Managing Attorney of Nalls Davis. Jacob primarily practices in the areas of business law, estate planning, and real estate law. Jacob represents a variety of clients in litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters. Jacob is also a trusted voice in the community and has worked closely with local leaders and government officials on important public policies in the region, including housing policy, strengthening protections for the underserved, and fostering better community-police relations. Prior to law school, Jacob worked in the consumer finance and insurance industries.

James primarily practices in immigration law. Prior to joining Wanglaw, James worked as a solo practitioner and worked with Mallory Law Office, LLC. James represented and advised individuals and entities on matters regarding business formation, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate including resolving business disputes, tax matters, finance projects, and drafting and reviewing leases, and many others. Matt was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2014. After graduating from law school, Matt worked as an associate at Thompson, Dunlap & Heydinger in Bellefontaine, Ohio, and then later as a corporate associate at Sebaly, Shillito & Dyer in Dayton. He later founded his own business law firm in the Dayton area, with a focus on entrepreneurs and startup companies. To Matt, the practice of law is as simple as helping people solve their problems.
