Attorney Gregory J. McCleery represents clients throughout southeastern Ohio, primarily in the areas of oil and gas, real estate, wills and criminal law. Greg began his career in public service, dealing with a wide spectrum of legal problems. He has also worked extensively with both landowners and drillers in the Marcellus and Utica shale, and served as a title supervisor overseeing an experienced team of title abstractors.

Following graduation from law school, I earned the honor of serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter C. Economus of the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. During my time with the court, I analyzed federal civil matters and assisted the judge in drafting memoranda of law, court opinions, and court orders. John primarily works in the areas of commercial and residential real estate. John has represented developers of planned unit developments, condominiums, and subdivision development, including initial due diligence, purchase documentation, zoning, building codes, restrictions, purchase agreements, and closings.
