Jedediah Bo Bingham is a founding member of the firm. He represents a diverse group of clients in business and estate planning matters. Some of these clients include banking institutions, construction companies, real estate brokerages, and government entities. He also writes a weekly newspaper column, The Legal Lowdown, which provides straightforward answers to common legal questions.

Bo earned an academic scholarship and attended UCLA Law School. He interned with Chief Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court and later worked as an associate for Barney McKenna & Olmstead, P.C.

I have maintained my own law practice in Minden, NV since January 2007.. I have been a licensed attorney for over 35 years with the first 11 years of my practice spent representing the elderly and disadvantaged. Besides Nevada I also maintain active law licenses in California, Florida and Tennessee. My practice is a general civil practice, including litigation, arbitration and mediation. I represent individuals and companies in business matters, estate planning, probate, real estate, personal injury, water rights, Social Security Disability, and some criminal matters.

In 2004 argued the Hiibel case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Said case involved both the Fourth and Fifth Amendment. Also, qualified under Nevada Supreme Court Rule 250 to be lead counsel in death penalty cases.
