Sylvana is the Managing Partner at Rosende Paul Law. Sylvana practices probate, estate planning, elder law, and guardianship law. She has extensive experience representing beneficiaries, fiduciaries (administrators, executors, trustees, and guardians), and handling contested trust, estate, and guardianship litigation. Sylvana also handles complex estate and trust administration.

Colleen is a Florida native who grew up in Gainesville before moving to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. After graduating with a double major, Colleen moved to the St. Petersburg area to attend Stetson University College of Law. After she was admitted to the Florida Bar, Colleen joined a small family law firm where she gained extensive experience handling cases involving divorce, paternity, custody, and adoption. Colleen then shifted her practice to estate planning after seeing first-hand the complications that arise within families.

Aaron Bedy was raised in the Tampa Bay Area by his parents Joseph and Nancy Bedy and graduated from Seminole High School. Aaron joined the Navy Reserve just after high school in June of 1994. After completing boot camp in Great Lakes, Illinois, Aaron returned to Florida and attended the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations with a Minor in Business. My primary areas of practice for over 22 years has been in family law and probate. I have been court-appointed as Guardian Ad Litem numerous times in high conflict custody disputes. I have also been appointed by the Court as Intermediary in locating birth families to explore the feasibility of reconnecting with the adult adoptees.

Shawn DeVries’ professional accomplishments represent the diverse knowledge, skills and abilities he has acquired on his professional journey. DeVries attended and graduated from Valencia Community College (AS), University of Central Florida (BS), NOVA Southeastern University (MBA) and Florida Coastal School of Law (Juris Doctor).
