Sylvana is the Managing Partner at Rosende Paul Law. Sylvana practices probate, estate planning, elder law, and guardianship law. She has extensive experience representing beneficiaries, fiduciaries (administrators, executors, trustees, and guardians), and handling contested trust, estate, and guardianship litigation. My primary areas of practice for over 22 years has been in family law and probate. I have been court-appointed as Guardian Ad Litem numerous times in high conflict custody disputes. I have also been appointed by the Court as Intermediary in locating birth families to explore the feasibility of reconnecting with the adult adoptees.

Attended Georgetown University for undergraduate and graduated from Florida State University's College of law with Honors in 1994.
