Courtney is a University of Denver Sturm College of Law graduate. During her time in law school Courtney knew she had a passion for helping others and getting involved in Estate Planning and Elder Law allowed her to do just that. Courtney is currently a member of the Women's Estate Planning Council board and the Denver Bar Association's Trust and Estate Section.

Jay grew up in Colorado and attended Pepperdine University in California where he obtained a degree in International Business in 2005 graduating cum laude. Jay earned his J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2008, graduating with the Order of St. Ives academic recognition. While in law school he was a member and General Editor of the DU Law Review and was selected by his professor to tutor the first-year contracts class. Anne’s practice focuses on a broad array of civil litigation including insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect, and the representation of small businesses).
