Right out of school I started selling apartment buildings right here in the Southland and obtained my real estate brokers license in 1981. In 1989, I moved to Kahala, Hawaii to develop properties for sale to the Japanese investors. After the Tokyo Stock Market crashed in 1990, I moved back to Los Angeles and attended law school at the University of West Los Angeles.
