She has extensive trial experience including a recent construction defect award in excess of 1.2 million dollars. As an attorney for the City of San Diego, Jacqueline gained significant experience in all phases of project development from land acquisition, conceptual and environmental development, permit acquisition through construction completion and dispute resolution.
