David A. Esquibias is a lawyer who also has a post graduate Master of Laws in Taxation degree. Mr. Esquibias is one of few attorneys certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. Mr. Esquibias has nearly 30 years of experience as a successful trust and estate trial litigator. Mr. Esquibias specializes in attacking or defending complex trust and estate administrations and accountings. Mr. Esquibias represents high net worth families, their trustees and executors.

Education- While attending law school, Michael was the first student at La Verne Law to volunteer in both the Disability Legal Aid clinic, which protected disabled children's rights, and the Immigration Clinic, which involved representing a client seeking asylum in the United States. Helping people through these clinics only reinforced Michael's belief in the law. Through all of this work, Michael was able to graduate Cum Laude from law school, while at the same time interning at a local law firm to obtain practical experience.

Justin Kincheloe has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since December of 2009. He has extensive litigation experience in the area of trust and estate law. Justin is a senior litigation associate at Gostanian Law Group, PC in Newport Beach, CA.

Eric Smith received his bachelor’s degree from UCSD in 1995 and his law degree from Pepperdine University in 1997. Eric holds the Certified Financial Planner(TM) designation. He has been a securities dispute arbitrator for FINRA and taught retirement planning classes for Cal Lutheran’s MBA program. He is a member of the California Bar, the Ventura County Bar Association, and the Financial Planner’s Association of Ventura County. He is co-owner of Lifetime Planning, Inc., a financial planning firm in Camarillo. He resides in Ventura with his spouse, Jamie King, and their children, Kell and Leif.

Thomas McIntosh has practiced for more than 30 years trying well over 100 jury and bench trials. He graduated from Occidental College receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and then American College of Law graduating with honors while receiving his Juris Doctorate. He was admitted to the California bar in 1988, and the Federal bar in 1989.
