Michael "Mick" Frey was born in Longview, Washington. He began his legal career as an intern in his Father's firm, Donald W. Frey, P.S. which he then joined as an associate in 1996. He continues to share office space with his Father, and Wesley S. Johnson. Mick's practice focuses on dispute resolution and litigation of issues in property rights, real estate, probate, estate planning, guardianships and advising small businesses. Donald Michael (Mike) Gunning was born in Houston, Texas and as a young child moved to Spokane, Washington.

Michael did his undergraduate work at Eastern Washington University where he graduated with a degree in Economics. Mr. Gunning then went on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from Gonzaga University Law School. Mr. Gunning was admitted to practice before all courts in the state of Washington and United States Federal Court. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Wealth Counsel.

Mr. Gunning acquired experience in many diversified areas of law including family law, bankruptcy, civil litigation and estate planning.
