I am have been a trial lawyer since 1983. I have tried cases in Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois and California. I have clerked and written draft opinions for the Oklahoma Supreme Court. I have tried cases in almost every venue imaginable including municipal, state and federal courts. I am a first chair jury trial lawyer specializing in labor and employment law, including workers' compensation.

Allison Garrett is Of Counsel with the national law firm of Spencer Fane. She is admitted to practice in both Oklahoma and Arkansas, and made the top score on the Arkansas bar exam. Garrett has been the Vice President and General Counsel for Walmart's corporate-level legal services, a university president and the chancellor over the Oklahoma higher education system. She has also served on the NCAA's Board of Governors, and was Vice Chair of the NCAA and a member of its Audit Committee.
