I’m a retired Police Sergeant with over 20 years of service and a former Probation Officer. I have over 22 years experience in law enforcement which helps broaden my knowledge and experience in defending criminal, dwi, dui, traffic tickets and other criminal matters in Municipal Court and Superior Court and other county courts throughout the state of New Jersey. I’m admitted to the New Jersey and NY Bar.

I am currently serving as Of Counsel to the Aretsky Law Group. I was previously a partner at Iacullo Martino & Reinitz, LLC in Nutley. I hold degrees from Rutgers College and Rutgers School of Law – Newark. Following my graduation, I had the honor of clerking for Hon. Eugene H Austin, J.S.C. in Bergen County.
