Attorney Michael J. Finn has been practicing law in Waukesha County for more than 30 years, and is experienced in all aspects of family law, divorce law, child custody, business and contractual law, and criminal defense. He has reliably assisted hundreds of clients in the Hartland, Waukesha, Delafield, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee and Milwaukee area.

I joined the law firm as our primary Family Law practitioner in 1994. In addition to handling divorces and custody disputes, I also enjoy assisting clients in Social Security Disability claims when their benefits have been denied. I obtained my Juris Doctorate from the University of Madison in 1979. Thereafter I spent several years in Family Law and Probate for a Milwaukee firm and as a sole practitioner. I am a member of the Waukesha County Bar Association as well as the State Bar of Wisconsin.

I grew up in and around Fort Atkinson. I went to college and law school in Oklahma and Virginia respectively. I lived in China for a month, and I lived in and around Israel for two weeks. Attorney Ellen Rhodeman graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2013. Within the same year she also was admitted into the State Bar of Illinois.
