I practice criminal defense, divorce/family law, personal injury law, and wills/estates in Warren County, TN and the surrounding counties. I graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law and have over ten years experience as an attorney. In the past, I have been privileged to serve as an assistant district attorney, a special assistant United States attorney, and in 2008 as the command judge advocate for the Victory Base Complex Garrison Comand in Baghdad, Iraq.

I have been practicing family law for 38 years. I am a TN Supreme Court approved mediator and have been mediating family law issues since 1992.My practice primarily includes Divorce, Custody, Child support, Modification of parenting plans, Contempt, Pre-Nuptial agreements and Juvenile Court cases. I am the owner and founder of the Hoffman Law and Mediation office. I believe that there are better and less costly ways to resolve divorces, than litigation.
