She attended Emory University where she earned a B.A. in Human Health and Psychology and was a recipient of the Brad Edwards Leadership Scholarship. Throughout her undergraduate career, Sanjaly was deeply involved in nonprofit work in her community. She worked with international students, survivors of sexual assault, medically indigent populations, and families affected by cancer.
