Ed Cox practices in agricultural law, estate planning, and real estate and handles general practices matters. Prior to private practice Ed worked as staff attorney at the Drake University Agricultural Law Center. Prior to founding Buchheit Law (June, 2013), Lindsey worked as an attorney for two Sioux City law firms from 2007-2013. Lindsey is the President of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council, Secretary of the Sergeant Bluff Community Development Corporation; Secretary of the Center For Siouxland; and a board member of the Iowa Small Business Development Centers. Lindsey is a Martindale Hubbell BV Distinguished attorney and is licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Lindsey's practice includes but is not limited to estate planning and probate; family law; business and creditor law.

I am a partner at Simpson Legal Group, LLC. I was a lawyer in Minnesota prior to practicing in Iowa. I I completed the Comprehensive Divorce & Family Mediation from Crilley Mediation Services to become a mediator in my community. My education started at Minnesota State University in Mankato, MN where I received my Bachelor of Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude. In 2006, I graduated from Hamline University School of Law with my Juris Doctorate. I am a member of the Iowa State Bar Association. I was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 2013.

Born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, I graduated from Dubuque Senior High School in 1998. I went on to Knox College where I obtained my B.A. in History, graduating in 2002. I then went to Drake University School of Law, graduating in December 2004. I have lived and practiced in Linn County since 2005, practicing in 40 counties throughout Eastern Iowa.

Shannon earned her law degree from Creighton University School of Law.
For over 20 years she has exclusively focused on divorce and family law matters. Shannon’s deep experience in every aspect of family law, including the most complex custody, property division and asset valuation matters, is complemented by a natural sense of empathy. Born in raised in St. Louis, Missouri, I made my way to Iowa in 2009 to attend Drake University. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Law, Politics and Society in 2012 and went on to attend Drake University Law School and graduated in 2016.
