Personal Experience

Mr. Wells has been litigating cases in Colorado courts for nearly 15 years. He has handled various matters from civil actions to domestic relations cases involving complex financial and custody issues (including parental alienation/estrangement). Mr. Wells handles appellate matters and has successfully challenged trial court rulings in appellate courts. Mr. Wells’ litigation training began as a law intern to Judge Angela Arkin during the Fall of 2003. In addition to serving as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee, Rob spends the majority of his time focusing on creditor and debtor representation in consumer and corporate bankruptcy. Rob has extensive experience in a range of legal areas including civil litigation, contract drafting/disputes, domestic relations, consumer litigation, and real property. As an active lawyer in Denver, Rob continues to represent individuals and businesses in a range of matters in order to continually learn and gain practical experience so as to better manage the firm and represent his clients.

David lives and works full time in Grand County with his wife, Meara, and two children, Sage and Asher. He moved to Winter Park to give his children the childhood he always wanted for himself. David is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Connecticut and New Hampshire. He is also a Commissioner on the Winter Park Planning Commission. David specializes in real estate development.
