Joshua Ritter has practiced law in Colorado since 2005. He began his career as a criminal prosecutor at the District Attorney's Office in Fort Collins. There he prosecuted crimes ranging from simple traffic matters to first degree murders and complex financial and organized crimes.
Life for Joshua took an unexpected turn when he experienced his own divorce. This experience inspired him to reorient his legal practice to help others going through changes in their own family's lives.

Courtney is a University of Denver Sturm College of Law graduate. During her time in law school Courtney knew she had a passion for helping others and getting involved in Estate Planning and Elder Law allowed her to do just that.

My family law practice consists of Protections Orders, Paternity Actions, Enforcement Actions, Modification Actions and simple to very complex Dissolution of Marriages. My experience consists of contested complex financial cases (utilizing forensic accountants) and complex custody matters (including national and international relocation cases). Further, my experience includes the entire spectrum of family law litigation including, but not limited to initial client meetings, all discovery compliance and execution, temporary orders hearings, expert witness utilization and permanent orders hearings.

He has handled various matters from civil actions to domestic relations cases involving complex financial and custody issues (including parental alienation/estrangement).
