Colleen has been licensed to practice as an attorney in California more than 20 years. She is also licensed to practice in Nevada. In addition to earning a Juris Doctor, she has earned a Masters in Law in Taxation. She is also a trained mediator from Pepperdine University.

Jeff Grotke has successfully litigated in family law, including successfully defending against a claim of marital fraud, and has prevailed at trial in a claim of marital fraud and abuse of an elderly person. He has extensive experience with loan modifications, including post-foreclosure defense, bankruptcy actions, and other loan modification litigation. Through all of this work, Michael was able to graduate Cum Laude from law school, while at the same time interning at a local law firm to obtain practical experience.
