Ladd is an associate attorney who grew up in Arizona and graduated from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. During law school, Ladd worked at both the Maricopa County Superior Court and the Arizona Court of Appeals. He received litigation experience working as a student law clerk at the Goldwater Institute, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office. I started my career defending people accused of crimes in the Criminal Courts. I lived for the rush of a jury trial and the thrill of going up against "the system".
