Daniel C. Herr is a member of the Delaware, Pennsylvania, and United States Districts Courts for the District of Delaware and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Practice is primarily in the area of personal injury, auto accidents, spinal injuries, brain injuries, wrongful death and other civil cases on behalf of injured persons. Has been a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations since 1987, the Delaware State Bar Association since 1988, the New York State Bar Association since 1989, and the Maryland State Bar Association since 1990. Member of numerous Federal District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. Married with five adult children and has his primary residence in Wilmington, Delaware.

Mr. Ferry was born in Philadelphia, PA and is a founding director of the firm. Mr. Ferry has regularly been named as one of the top 100 lawyers in Delaware in Delaware Today Magazine, most recently featured in their “Top Lawyers” issue in November 2021. He has also been recognized as a “Delaware Super Lawyer” in the area of Estate and Trust Litigation in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine, and served as the President of the Delaware State Bar Association from July 2018 through June 2019.
