James Christian Becerra is a life long resident of Fort Bend County. He currently resides in the Katy area with his wife and 3 daughters. Mr. Becerra is a former Fort Bend County Assistant District Attorney now primarily practicing in the Criminal Defense and Family areas of law.

I have had a varied practice over the years. My principal practice now is divided between business litigation; criminal law; immigration deportation; domestice relations; and personal injury cases. I also assist clients with inventions to find financing for their inventions. I am primarily interested in energy production and desalinization projects. I work out of a home office because I like being on the water.

I handle each case personally and I firmly believe that the most effective defense can only be effectuated when there is a strong foundation of trust between attorney and client.
