I am the founder of Belmares Law, PLLC. I focus primarily in the area of Criminal Defense, but also handle some Civil Litigation. I handle cases in General Sessions and Circuit Court throughout the Middle Tennessee region, including but not limited to Dickson, Charlotte, Erin, Ashland City, Waverly, White Bluff, Clarksville, and Nashville.

I am a criminal defense attorney in Middle Tennessee. I currently work as an assistant public defender in Dickson County.

Sais Phillips Finney attended both The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and The University of Memphis. Prior to attending law school, she worked in the United States Senate and in higher education. While a law student, she interned in the Memphis District Attorney's office assisting with violent felony prosecutions. After admission to the bar, Sais practiced criminal defense in Memphis before moving to Atlanta to work in white collar criminal defense and government investigations at an Atlanta law firm. She currently resides in Nashville and practices throughout middle and western Tennessee.

Jimmy Turner focuses his practice on criminal defense, insurance and injury litigation, and estate planning. Anahi Fancher works primarily in the areas of immigration law and personal injury. Mrs. Fancher graduated from the Nashville School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree and is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. Mrs. Fancher received her Master's degree in Business Administration with all elective course work in Marketing and Marketing Research from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and she also earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Mrs. Fancher decided to become a lawyer to help others and fight against injustice.
