I have been practicing trial, domestic, juvenile and criminal law since 1983. Over the past five years I have focused on Criminal law and Delinquency in Juvenile Court.

Bryce W. McKenzie joined the Law Offices of Bryan E. Delius because he believes that every person in need should have an attorney in their corner who will fight for justice under the law. Bryce's primary areas of practice are criminal defense, personal injury, appellate law, and business litigation.

Chris Beavers, an associate with Banks and Jones, joined the firm upon graduation from law school. Chris primary areas of practice are workers' compensation, family law, personal injury, criminal defense, and estate law.

Firm founder Bryan E. Delius started his law firm, the Law Offices of Bryan E. Delius, more than 20 years ago with one goal in mind: to offer East Tennessee residents and visitors the fighting chance they deserve in court.

Mr. Eldridge was educated at the University of Tennessee, receiving his undergraduate degree in 1982. He graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law, cum laude, in 1986. While there, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of its law review publication. Following graduation, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Eugene Davis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Jeff Cherry handles criminal cases throughout the counties of middle Tennessee. He also regularly handles DWI/DUI cases and enjoys great success in representing clients with driving offenses.

I practice criminal defense, divorce/family law, personal injury law, and wills/estates in Warren County, TN and the surrounding counties. I graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law and have over ten years experience as an attorney. In the past, I have been privileged to serve as an assistant district attorney, a special assistant United States attorney, and in 2008 as the command judge advocate for the Victory Base Complex Garrison Comand in Baghdad, Iraq.

In December of 2018, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Technological University. The following August, I started law school while working full-time. In 2020, I began working for Lannom & Williams as the Investigator and Law Clerk to Frank Lannom.
