A native of North Carolina, Julian brings over 26 years of experience in the practice of law to coastal North Carolina. Julian served in the North Carolina Army National Guard from 1990 to 1996, helping to pay his way through college and law school. Julian graduated from Campbell Law School in 1998, and has handled civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, and estate planning.

I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law who graduated in May 2023 with a Juris Doctor. During my time in law school, I was a member of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and also served as President of the USC school of law American Constitution Society. I am passionate about helping clients and look forwarding to serving you as best I can.

Glenn was born and raised in Rhode Island. He has traveled and lived in various places during his ten years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Glenn graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2002 with a B.S. in Accounting. Jon was born September 14, 1980. He is the son of the late, Perry Mitchell Welborn and Patricia Poteat Welborn of southeastern Wilkes County. Jon’s father, Perry, was an independent insurance agent in N. Wilkesboro. Perry worked for a number of years as a top selling agent for Farm Bureau prior to opening his own insurance company.
