FRED L. POLLACK has been providing effective legal representation for clients with criminal, divorce, family law, real estate and landlord-tenant matters for 42 years. In addition to his experience as an attorney, he served for fourteen years as a member of the North Hempstead Town Council and four years as a Commissioner of the North Hempstead Housing Authority. He is active in numerous community activities and has served as an officer and/or director of a variety of non-profit organizations.

James Melita, who grew up in Gloversville, graduated from Plattsburgh State University of New York with a major in political science and a minor in economics. He then graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. After graduating from law school, James Melita formed his own law practice with a main office in Albany, NY, specializing in Traffic Defense Law, Collections Law, Family and Matrimonial Law, and Real Estate Law.

I am currently a solo Practicianer who handles and represents clients in criminal defense work in the NYS Courts, Federal Courts and Florida and who is well known as a very experienced trial attorney, having tried several hundred criminal cases in the above jurisdictions and handled many hundreds of cases before these and other courts.

Jenn began her career as a Manhattan Public Defender, where she handled countless cases, ranging from larcenies and assaults, to DWIs and sex offenses. In her most recent trial, Jenn and her co-counsel were able to get a First-Degree Robbery indictment dismissed in the middle of the trial. During law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Jenn worked as a law clerk for a criminal appeals and post-conviction law firm, where she wrote appellate briefs and post-conviction petitions for various murder cases.
