Attorney Gonsalves started his legal career as an Immigration Defense attorney assisting individuals facing removal from the United States of America. Attorney Gonsalves zealously advocated for his clients and argued for relief under Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and under the Convention Against Torture Act ("CAT"). Building upon that foundation, Attorney Gonsalves served as an Assistant District Attorney representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the prosecution of criminals for misdemeanor and felony offenses.
