Established in 1986. Louis Michael Ching, Esq. attended and graduated from Punahou School in 1975, Tulane University in 1979 (Phi Beta Kappa), and Williamette University College of Law in 1985. In 1986, he began his private law practice concentrating in criminal law in Honolulu, Hawaii. Murder, Attempted Murder, Assaults, Robbery, DUII, Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants or Alcohol, Abuse of Family and Household Members, Possession or Promoting a Dangerous Drug, Drug Paraphernalia, Identity Fraud, Sexual Assaults, Theft, Shoplifting, TRO violations & Contempts.

I am an active duty Navy Judge Advocate who practices in the areas of Criminal Law (currently prosecutions), Installation Law, and International Law. My next assignment will be as a professor of International Law. As I am active duty and not currently in a Defense billet, I cannot, at the present time, take on Military or US Government cases.
