Established in 1986. Louis Michael Ching, Esq. attended and graduated from Punahou School in 1975, Tulane University in 1979 (Phi Beta Kappa), and Williamette University College of Law in 1985. In 1986, he began his private law practice concentrating in criminal law in Honolulu, Hawaii.
