I am an aggressive criminal defense lawyer dedicated solely to protecting people caught up in the turmoil of California's criminal justice system. I provide personal representation that gets results. I represent clients in Marin, Solano, Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa, and every other Bay Area county. My practice areas include the defense of those charged with DUI, traffic tickets and all misdemeanor and felony crimes.

I come to work everyday so that I can make a difference in someone's life. My passion is helping others. I provide criminal defense representation for state and federal crimes. Outside of my law practice, I operate two non-profits that serve the homeless community, those additcted to drugs and alcohol and the battered women of our community.

Carin Johnson is a passionate defender of parents’ rights and has practiced dependency and juvenile law for over 27 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree at Chico State University and is a graduate of Golden Gate University, School of Law, 1993.
