David Draper is a Knoxville native and the senior shareholder in the firm’s Knoxville construction law practice group with over 30 years of experience in construction claims. He is an AV-rated trial lawyer with broad experience in civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His law practice is concentrated in construction claims involving such issues as defective workmanship, delay claims, bid disputes, design error, and payment claims. His clients include both residential and commercial owners and developers, designers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers and lenders and insurers.
