I am focused on serving my clients legal needs with holistic approaches to their legal issues.

Having earned a Masters degree in Heritage Preservation, I focus my practice in historic preservation and cultural resource matters when feasible. I also practice in estate planning and administration (including both contested and non-contested cases). When possible, I try to merge the practice areas focusing on estates with a historic resource component (rare books, artwork, artifacts, historic property).

Chadd Reynolds has extensive experience advising corporate clients in business, real estate, and construction related matters. His primary practice focuses on representing subcontractors, contractors, and owners in a variety of disputes involving contract, construction defect, nonpayment, delay, and lien and bond claims. He also represents businesses in contract disputes and pursues and defends fraud, negligent misrepresentation, tortious interference, racketeering, and trademark claims on behalf of his clients. Chadd is a current board member of the Atlanta Bar Association's Construction Law Section and is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association's Litigation Section and the Georgia Bar Association's Construction Law...

Over thirty years of experience in nearly all facets of construction and business law. Areas of expertise include dispute resolution, business organization, consulting and management, real estate syndication and development, construction management and telecommunications.
