I am a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford and Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. I am past president of the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and although the majority of the practice is appeals and trial litigation, as a country lawyer in Old Lyme I have always helped people with real estate closings, wills, trusts, estates and the probate process. including will contests and probate litigation. I have argued successfully at the Connecticut Appellate Court and the Connecticut Supreme Court.

Elizabeth has been with Heritage Law LLC (formerly Law Office of Lisa E. Wnuck, LLC) since April 2021 and has been practicing in estate and trust administration since 2017. Elizabeth is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the probate process with compassion, dedication, and efficiency. Elizabeth is a graduate of Barnard College (B.A. History) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D.). Prior to relocating to Connecticut, Elizabeth lived in Washington, where she worked for the City of Seattle's Department of Planning and Development enforcing the city's land use, building code, and tenant protection ordinances.
