I am the managing partner at Burnham Injury Law. I work with the founding attorney Todd Burnham to achieve the best possible results for our clients. I have more than twenty years of legal experience in the areas of personal injury, and workers’ compensation law. I primarily represent individuals involving auto accidents, truck accidents, industrial accidents, wrongful death, products liability, workers compensation, premises liability, and insurance bad faith cases.

I graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and have been licensed to practice law in California and Colorado. During my 34 years of practice, I have developed experience in Contract Law, Employment Law, Products Liabilty, Estate Planning, and the Law related to Property Taxes. I have also served as an Arbitrator and Judge.

Mr. Thomas civil litigation experience covers broad areas. Over the past 24 years he has represented individuals and companies before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He has litigated over a 100 cases involving matters such as workers' compensation, automobile, bad faith and employment torts. He has argued more than 50 cases before the Court of Appeals and has over 20 published cases.
