He received his juris doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2017 and was recognized on the Dean’s List for four of his six semesters. During law school, Fred also worked as a teaching assistant for the College of Law’s legal research and writing courses, clerked for the law firm of Bell, Gould, Linder & Scott P.C., and found time to coach soccer for the Laramie Blizzard.
