I graduated from the University of Denver College of Law and have been licensed to practice law in California and Colorado. During my 34 years of practice, I have developed experience in Contract Law, Employment Law, Products Liabilty, Estate Planning, and the Law related to Property Taxes. A Denver native, Gabe attended the University of Colorado in Boulder where he graduated in 2007 summa cum laude and with Distinction. Jim grew up in Golden, Colorado and earned his B.A. degree with distinction in mathematics at the University of Colorado in 1969 as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa scholastic fraternity. Mr. Wells has been litigating cases in Colorado courts for nearly 15 years. He has handled various matters from civil actions to domestic relations cases involving complex financial and custody issues (including parental alienation/estrangement). Mr. Wells handles appellate matters and has successfully challenged trial court rulings in appellate courts.
