While much of my experience involves civil litigation and business transactions, my primary interests are in patent prosecution, copyright and trademark protection, and intellectual property litigation. Additionally, I assist my clients with contract negotiations, liability assessment, and business strategy planning.

I also help clients with clemency applications, parole applications, and deregistration petitions.
