I am a principal shareholder of Fields, Dehmlow & Vessels, LLC. I limit my practice exclusively to civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance, and employee benefits (ERISA) litigation. I am licensed in both Ohio and West Virginia. We litigate matters throughout Southeastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia, including all of the federal district courts.

Ms. Wells dedicates her practice to helping Ohio consumers. Her practice involves primarily consumer protection litigation. She helps consumers who are victimized by inaccurate credit reporting (FCRA), abusive debt collections (FDCPA), the sale of defective products or services, wrongful repossession, and other areas of civil litigation. Ms. Wells also actively pursues consumer-friendly legislation on the state and federal level. She is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Association for Justice, as well as the Consumer Law Section chairperson. Dustin has concentrated his practice in the areas of Social Security Disability, Unemployment Compensation, Collections, Landlord/Tenant, and general civil law. He is licensed to practice throughout the state of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Dustin’s time with the Jones Law Group has afforded him the unique opportunity to work on a variety of cases in various courts, throughout the state of Ohio and the federal court systems.

Jonathan Layman is a native of Central Ohio and a graduate of both the Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review. Jonathan Layman is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and is admitted in the State of Ohio and the Federal Southern District of Ohio. His practice focuses on consumer law, landlord tenant law and other civil litigation.
