Kevin Kinkade earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Evansville and is a December, 1993 graduate of the University of Louisville Brandies School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Kentucky and in Indiana in 1994 and is also admitted to practice in the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Western District of Kentucky and the Sixth and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. I was born in Comstock Park, Michigan, but have been a resident of Indiana for 40 years. Graduate from Michigan Technical University in 1971 with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and attained Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1978. I am a Sole Practitioner in Indiana with 37 years of civil litigation and trial work.
