Daniel C. Jenkins graduated from the University of Georgia and Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. He was accepted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005, and is also a member of the Savannah Bar Association.

After receiving his degree, Mr. Jenkins spent almost seven years prosecuting statewide for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Vanderbilt Mortgage, LLC, and several large local and national lending institutions and banks.
