Prior to becoming an attorney, Tiffany performed tax preparation and tax planning services as an Enrolled Agent. Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

Chien-Yu (Michael) Wang is the Managing Attorney at Wilner and O'Reilly's Sacramento office. He handles both family and business based immigration matters along with removal defense. Mr. Wang is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles Country Bar Association, the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Asian-Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento.

Elena D'Agustino, a Solano County Deputy Public Defender since 1998 was promoted to Chief Deputy Public Defender on October 3, 2010. D'Agustino supervises the Vallejo Public Defender office. D'Agustino joined the Solano County Public Defender's office as an attorney in 1998. During her tenure, she has supervised both felony and misdemeanor attorneys, and represented clients in dozens of jury trials for all types of crimes.
