I was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California from 1991-2012. I have been in private practice since leaving the United States Attorney’s Office in 2012. I represent clients charged with criminal offenses in both state and federal court throughout the state of California.

Before founding H&S, Michael Sacchetto worked for several years at one of the premier medical malpractice defense firms in the country. Mr. Sacchetto earned an excellent reputation as a remarkable litigator while defending a variety of healthcare professionals in all types of medical malpractice actions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Sacchetto earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of La Verne, graduating summa cum laude.
