I have a general civil practice, emphasizing real estate, personal injuries and collections. I presently have cases in San Joaquin, Alameda, Santa Clara and Stanislaus counties. As a sole practitioner I am the attorney who handles all aspects of all of my cases. I have 39 years experience, and I try to settle cases when possible, otherwise I try to get the best results without unnecessary problems and costs.

I have been handling Juvenile Delinquency matters since 2007. I accept only Court appointed cases.

I am a 30 year veteran of the United States Navy. I retired as a Captain. I went to law school to fulfill a lifelong passion and now I am working hard to protect the rights of those in need of legal help and navigating through our excellent, though complex legal system.

I offer services in the areas of criminal defense, family law, including divorce, child custody, support issues, and guardianships. I also offer services with civil litigation matters and estate plans. I have been in practice for 24 years.
